Mega Loxofen Tablets contain Loxoprofen Sodium Hydrate 68.1 mg, a non-steroidal anti inflammatory drug (NSAID) used to relieve pain, inflammation, and fever. The medication is indicated for conditions such as chronic rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, lower back pain, peri-shoulder joint inflammation, and cervical brachial syndrome. It is also used to reduce pain and inflammation after surgery, trauma, or dental extraction, and to relieve fever and pain in acute upper respiratory infections. The usual adult dosage is 60 mg per dose taken orally up to three times daily, with a maximum of 180 mg per day, and it is recommended not to take the medicine on an empty stomach. The tablets are typically packaged in bottles of 30 or 300 tablets and should be stored in an airtight container at room temperature (1–30°C) with a shelf life of 36 months from the manufacturing date.
