Megaclofenac Tablets contain aceclofenac 100 mg, a non-steroidal anti inflammatory drug (NSAID) used to relieve pain and inflammation. It is indicated for conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, osteoarthritis, periarthritis of the shoulder, toothache, post-traumatic inflammation, sciatica, low back pain, and other non-articular rheumatic pain. The usual adult dosage is 100 mg taken orally twice daily at 12-hour intervals, while patients with liver impairment are recommended to start with 100 mg once daily. The tablets have a shelf life of 36 months and should be stored in a tightly closed container at room temperature (1–30°C). They are typically packaged in 30 tablets per bottle or 500 tablets per bottle.
