Mega Coxib Capsules 200 mg is a prescription medicine containing celecoxib 200 mg, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) used to relieve pain and inflammation related to musculoskeletal conditions. It is indicated for the treatment of osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, acute pain in adults (such as after surgery or tooth extraction), and primary dysmenorrhea. The dosage should be adjusted depending on the patient’s condition and can be taken with or without food. Typical adult dosing ranges from 100–200 mg once or twice daily depending on the indication, with a maximum of 400 mg per day in some cases.
